 hing you are unsure of. Do not wait until the day to test your skills if y
 ou are unsure.
 Instructor Candidate Prerequisites:
  
 As an instruct
 or candidate\, you must meet some pre-requisites to
 enter the Lifeguardi
 ng Instructor course. They include the following:
 -Be 17 years old on or
  before the last day of the instructor course
 -Possess a current America
 n Red Cross Lifeguarding/First
 Aid/CPR/AED certificate or equivalent fro
 m another organization
 -Pass the Pre-requisite skills test

 eed following materials for the class 
 * A Hip Pack (optional for the c
 lass)
 * Pediactric as well as Adult size resuscitation masks
 * A print
 ed version of the LIFEGUARD INSTRUCTORS manual
